Hi, I’m Susan and I’m a wife and a mommy to one incredible human and one amazing puppy. I’m a busy working mom who loves to cook healthy food, run, do yoga, hike, and ski. Basically, I love to be as active as I can in my free time!
I initially started this blog as a way to show people the importance of eating a diet free of processed food. My philosophy is that you should take time and consider the quality of food that you put into your body. While I have always been mindful of what I put into my kitchen creations, I started giving this more thought after discovering 100 Days of Real Food.
Since the Chicken (aka my daughter) joined our family in 2014, there is a lot more going on in our house and a lot less time to focus on recipe creation. I now have the added task of raising a child without food aversions. I believe that the key to avoiding food aversions, real scratch made food need to be introduced at a young age.
Sweet Suie chronicles my kitchen creations, life with the family and a lot of other stuff that I really like. Thanks for stopping by!
